Peptide Pen™
Step-by-step guide for loading, dosing, and injecting with the Peptide Pen. Read all instructions before first use.
Wash your hands
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the Peptide Pen, cartridge, or needle.
Remove from cold storage
Take the Peptide Pen and your 5mL cartridge out of cold storage (36–46°F). Gather your supplies: pen, cartridge, and a new needle.
Load the cartridge
Pull the pen body apart. Insert the 5mL cartridge until you hear a click. Close the pen body.
Attach a needle
Take a new needle from the included 50-pack. Screw the needle onto the pen tip until snug. Do not over-tighten.
Priming the pen
Holding the pen upward, putting the air at the highest point, slowly push all air out until only the compound remains. Do this slowly to ensure you don't lose your compound — slowly turning the dial, pushing the air out of the top until the last air bubble pops.
Set your dose
Turn the dial to your prescribed dose. The dose window displays your selected IU clearly. Dosing range: 0.5 IU – 50 IU.
Prepare the injection site
Clean the injection area with an alcohol swab. Recommended sites: abdomen or thigh. Press the Peptide Pen to skin.
Press and inject
Press the Peptide Pen up against your desired injection area and then press the button. You will hear a click. Hold for 3 seconds to ensure full dose delivery.
Withdraw
After 3 seconds, withdraw the pen straight out from the skin. Do not rub the injection site.
Dispose of the needle
Unscrew the used needle from the pen. Place it directly into a sharps container. Do NOT recap the needle.
Store
Return the Peptide Pen with the cartridge still loaded to cold storage (36–46°F) until your next dose.
