Every CASETIDES product is backed by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. We stand behind the quality of our engineering.

Coverage period

What is covered

The CASETIDES limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of two (2) years from the original date of retail purchase.

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Insulation failure resulting in temperature performance below specification
• Structural defects in the case body, lid, or hinge mechanism
• Defective electronic components (display, sensors, battery) on applicable products
• Zipper, clasp, or closure failures under normal use

What is not covered

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches or scuffs
• Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures outside the product's rated range
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Loss or theft
• Consumable parts such as ice packs or replacement gel inserts

How to file a warranty claim

2. Provide documentationInclude photos or a short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
3. Receive a resolutionWe'll review your claim within 3 business days and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or country. CASETIDES' liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. CASETIDES shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
